Our team is looking for passionate people who want to contribute to best practices in customer service, all without soliciting or selling!

Your career with iA Financial Group will begin with 5 weeks of paid training, and you will have access to a trainer and coach at all times to guide your development.

Our training covers the following topics

  • Mastering best practices in telephone and e-mail customer experience.
  • Discovering and understanding insurance products and financial services.
  • Solving complex cases.
  • Mastering the software and work tools required for this role.

  • We offer a salary in line with the market.
  • A 35-hour work week, variable from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, distributed one month in advance for stable, predictable work.
  • A telecommuting job (please note that office attendance is required at least once a month in an office near you, either in Quebec City, Montreal or Toronto).

Who are you :

  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Advanced level of English and French language skills as the person will be speaking (via telephone) with English and French speaking customers about their group insurance contract (policies, updates, sales and beneficiary details) on a daily basis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good stress management.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with a computer and various software programs.
