Student- Service and technical service support

Telework / Part time during school / Excel / Technical Support  

Reporting to the Western Manager, Client Services, the Administrative and Technical Support Student is a key member of our Group Savings and Retirement Service team. Skills such as high energy, multi-tasking, highly organized, attention to detail and self-starter will be critical skills leading to their success in this critical fast paced role.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Producing and preparing reports in excel format and ensuring the data is represented visually: charts, graphs and or pivot tables;
• Performs database searches to collect, process and present the founded information;
• Validate information on projects, cross referencing documents and using team members to validate the accuracy of information being presented;
• Collaborating with our business partners on a mutual project for benchmarking purposes;
• Maintains computerized filling by inputting survey results, organizing and supporting campaigns and communication projects ensuring all deadlines are met.
• You are available to work 14 hours during the school period and 35 hours during the Summer.

Qualifications :

• ​Proficiency using Word, Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and customer service orientation;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting demands.
