Are you a team player with strong analytical skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment? We're excited to invite you to join our friendly Dealer Services Business Transformation Team as a Business Analyst! This role involves collaborating with our IT development teams to ensure customer needs are met while prioritizing and maximizing value.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyzing system issues across Dealer Services and engaging IT teams to implement solutions.

  • Collaborating closely with Product Owners on projects, from inception to delivery.

  • Supporting release implementation, testing, and training on new features.

  • Balancing daily priorities such as project work, support requests, and managed processes.

  • Handling system escalations and working with IT and business stakeholders to provide efficient solutions.

Your background and skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/business administration or equivalent experience.

  • 1-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or within Dealer Services.

  • Familiarity with analysis methods (e.g., BABOK) and Agile SAFe Methodology.

  • Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge is a plus.

  • Technical experience in Dealer Services systems is an advantage.

  • Project management experience for small to medium projects is preferred.

  • Finance/Insurance industry experience is a bonus.

  • Bilingual (French-English) skills are an asset; English proficiency is a must.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
