This position will allow you to work in a dynamic environment where you'll have to handle requests for information related to sales force compensation, while providing outstanding customer service.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze and process requests for information and changes regarding sales force compensation;
- Provide customer service by e-mail and telephone;
- When requested by the sales force, analyze transactions and provide the necessary explanations with reference to the commission schedule.
- Explain compensation rules and bonuses to the sales force;
- Use various computer systems to make changes to files and ensure follow-up;
- Report non-standard situations and help find solutions in a LEAN environment;
Requirements:
- College or university degree in administration, financial services or related disciplines.
- 2 to 3 years' relevant experience.
- Interest in analytical and logical tasks.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Knowledge of financial products and services offered by iA Financial Group.
- An advanced level of French and English language skills, both oral and written, as the candidate will be required to communicate with advisors and teams, collaborate on commissions, bonuses and resolve customer queries by phone and email in French and English on a daily basis.
Compensation:
The typical hiring range for this position is from CAD 48,000 and CAD 60,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity. All permanent employees of iA are also entitled to an annual bonus.
