To maintain PPI’s exacting level of service, we are looking for a National Sales Support Associate to join any of our PPI locations.
National Sales Support Associate
The National Sales Support Associate supports a broad range of national sales initiatives as directed by the Senior Vice-President, Sales, ensuring that all communications and activities present a professional and on-brand appearance, as well as consistent messages that resonate with advisors and other audiences.
The National Sales Support Associate will also provide administrative support to members of the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Manage sales support initiatives for the Sales team and act as Sales liaison to other areas in PPI
Coordinate cross-Canada activities (training and vacation back-ups) for Regional office Coordinators, Sales
Manage Advocis sponsorship for PPI
Monitor and respond to Chat facility on PPI’s public website and allocate leads to Sales team for action
Identify/organize sales-related WealthServ user updates/access (tags, service levels, etc.) with Coordinators, Sales
Support annual Advantage Program updates and new campaigns, ongoing NPC and MatchBook relationships, and Wealth Sales eNewsletter distribution
Event planning and logistics for virtual and in-person Sales team meetings, and working with the Communications team for Advisor events, including virtual Market Talks, coordinating carrier sponsorship and involvement
Manage the carrier marketing allowances, including allocation, administration and invoicing
Support the preparation of annual Sales budgets
Coordinate and post the Sales team blog
Develop/monitor onboarding process in coordination with Regional Recruiters and teams
Produce WealthServ, Power Bi, and production/target sales-related reports, as needed (TBC.)
Executive Assistance
Provide event and general support, including CE and social media management, for the President & CEO and four direct reports (SVPs), as needed
Education, Experience and Skills:
College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years experience, preferably industry-related
LOMA or LLQP is an asset
Event planning experience an asset
Strong familiarity and comfort level with Teams, Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.
Proven ability to balance multiple tasks effectively, setting priorities while maintaining flexibility and providing accurate and efficient turnaround of responsibilities
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Results driven with a sense of urgency
Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
Demonstrated ability to adapt and flourish in environments of significant change and short deadlines
Effective “triage” problem solving skills and the ability to contact the right areas to address an issue
Bilingualism in English and French an asset
