The Infrastructure Department is looking for a Project Manager to complete its team for the integration projects of new companies in our infrastructure.
Plan and facilitate committees according to established governance in order to provide visibility on the progress of the project(s) (scope, timelines, budgets, risks, decisions) and obtain the required support from partners and managers involved in the project;
Participate in the planning of deliveries during the project with the other teams; I&O;
Conduct regular follow-ups with other teams to achieve objectives;
Ensure that other Scrum masters and members of other delivery teams understand and play their roles correctly;
Eliminate obstacles and ensure close collaboration between the various stakeholders;
Facilitate planning meetings, daily scrum, retrospectives and progress reviews;
Act as a facilitator;
Ensure that the implementation team is functional, productive and continuously improving its productivity;
Evaluate risks and action plans to be put in place;
Ensure the implementation of the action plans defined during the retrospectives and following the risk assessment;
Protect the team from any external interference;
Produce an accountability adapted to the context (just enough, just in time);
Actively participate in the quarterly planning process;
Create the right conditions for a high-performance team focused on priority business needs;
Ensure the application of the Scrum or Scrumban framework and accompany the team in the process to make them autonomous and self-organized while respecting the guidelines of the mandates entrusted to them;
10 years in project management with a minimum of 3 years in an agile and IT context (technology projects or infrastructure or software package implementation with external suppliers);
Concrete experience in the application of agile principles in the Scrum or Scrumban framework (ceremonies, artifacts, etc.);
Experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders from multiple sectors or multiple organizations;
Experience in budget management;
Experience in facilitation and presentations at the executive level
Concrete experience in reporting in agile mode AND in traditional mode;
Concrete experience in the application of best practices (e.g. recognized repository) in project management;
English level: very advanced.

Ability to synthesize information and popularize it;
Strong interpersonal, influencing and mobilization skills;

Partnership attitude, political and cultural sensitivity.
Scrum Master certification;
Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry;
