MRa is a life and health insurance firm and policy administrator. 

We are looking for an agent in our sales team who will be responsible for processing new customized applications and working closely with our sales force.

Under the supervision of the Director of Administration and Customer Service, the incumbent will : 
- Process insurance applications and contract amendments 
- Ensure that submitted applications and transactions comply with business and regulatory rules 
- Follow up on incomplete files with the sales force 
- Respond by telephone and e-mail to questions from customers and representatives on business rules for new sales, modifications and product offerings 
- Perform various related administrative tasks within the framework of business and compensation processes 
- Handle complex cases and escalate as required 
- Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy 
- Participate in DMS (Daily management system) and contribute to ideas for improvement 

- College diploma and 3 to 5 years' relevant or related experience  
- Knowledge of insurance distribution (an asset) 
- Knowledge of life and health insurance (an asset)  
- Financial advisor designation (an asset) 

- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines 
- Ability to analyze situations 
- Autonomy and organizational skills 
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative 
- Ability to adapt to change (and learn new administrative systems) 
- Excellent oral and written French and English language skills, due to frequent interaction with English and French-speaking clients across Canada
