iA is looking for an employee experience advisor to contribute to programs that make a difference in the professional lives of over 9,000 employees in the group.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on employee experience projects, for example by:

  • Participating in the development of content (guides, tools, key messages) related to our recognition program
  • Participating in the analysis of the impact of new practices on business sectors

Collaborate on priority projects in line with equity, diversity and inclusion objectives, for example by:

  • Participating in the review of talent and culture policies
  • Participating in the evaluation of our external EDI practices
  • Developing documentation and tools for these projects

Simplify our culture-related references by:

  • Contributing to discussions and action plans to influence sectors in simplifying their sector-specific references
  • Taking stock of existing references within different business units

Monitor best practices and new trends in employee experience in the marketplace

Desired profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration or other relevant field
  • Three years of experience in human resources
  • Interest and ability to work within matrix teams
  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for interaction with French- and English-speaking partners across Canada and the United States
  • Analytical and synthesis skills and creativity
