iA is looking for an employee experience advisor to contribute to programs that make a difference in the professional lives of over 9,000 employees in the group.
Responsibilities
Collaborate on employee experience projects, for example by:
- Participating in the development of content (guides, tools, key messages) related to our recognition program
- Participating in the analysis of the impact of new practices on business sectors
Collaborate on priority projects in line with equity, diversity and inclusion objectives, for example by:
- Participating in the review of talent and culture policies
- Participating in the evaluation of our external EDI practices
- Developing documentation and tools for these projects
Simplify our culture-related references by:
- Contributing to discussions and action plans to influence sectors in simplifying their sector-specific references
- Taking stock of existing references within different business units
Monitor best practices and new trends in employee experience in the marketplace
Desired profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration or other relevant field
- Three years of experience in human resources
- Interest and ability to work within matrix teams
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for interaction with French- and English-speaking partners across Canada and the United States
- Analytical and synthesis skills and creativity
