We are in search of a Prestige HNW Relationship Manager to offer fully accountable, full-circle issue resolutions to iA Private Wealth top Advisors. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and support to our top Advisors.

The key accountabilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for Advisor questions or concerns, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proactively communicating with Advisors to identify and resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients and Advisors alike.
  • Encouraging daily communication with each Advisor group, forging strong relationships, and making a genuine effort to understand and support each team member and their roles.
  • Building a customized support plan for each Advisor, which could include special projects that require dedicated effort and attention beyond the RM’s daily duties, ensuring we cater to the unique needs of each Advisor.
  • Providing temporary Prestige support to new non-Prestige Advisors as needed, extending assistance to onboard and integrate them into our network.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with other internal departments, collaborating to create a cohesive and supportive environment for our Advisors.
  • Onboarding new Prestige Advisors, ensuring seamless integration and providing tailored support to set them up for success.
  • Coordinating with internal or external subject matter experts to identify strategies to help Advisors grow and increase the quality of their practice, including financial planning, marketing, social media, insurance, and compliance.
  • Assisting in creating a curriculum for Admin training sessions and actively participating in industry events to keep abreast of the latest developments and enhance knowledge and skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience with an IIROC/MFDA firm, demonstrating a deep understanding of the financial industry landscape.
  • CSC and CPH is an asset.
  • Experience with National Bank Independent Network (NBIN).
  • A strong client-service or advisor-service focus, with a demonstrated ability to cater to the unique needs of high net worth clients and Advisors.
  • Experience working in a firm with independent financial advisors, showcasing a nuanced understanding of their requirements and challenges.
  • Good knowledge of industry operating systems, procedures, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a collaborative approach to building strong, enduring professional relationships.
  • Strong English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interaction with English and French-speaking colleagues and advisor teams across Canada

The typical hiring range for this position is CAD 55,000 to CAD 87,000 per year; The base salary offered may vary depending on the knowledge, skills, years of experience and internal equity related to the position.
