Description

iA Financial Group is looking for an architecture and development approach advisor to join Agile and DevOps delivery support centre of excellence. The centre of excellence’s mission is to put in place new practices and tools to support the teams in the adoption of DevOps and accelerate the delivery of value to the client.

iA Financial Group is looking for a rare gem who will support the development teams in adopting future changes.

Are you passionate about agility and organizational development and want to advise and support teams in their use of new architecture and development approaches?

Can you explain the impact of an architecture pattern to clients and able to discuss them with software architects?

Do you know that architecture is essential but should not be done in one piece at the beginning of a project (not BDUF but JIT JE)?

Do you know the challenges faced by the delivery teams when delivering value to clients and are able to help?

Are you known for being energetic, your ability to listen, your natural ability to influence people and your commitment to continuous improvement?

Do you enjoy discussing and sharing with your peers, not take yourself too seriously and enjoy working in a fun environment with interesting challenges?

The Agile and DevOps delivery support centre of excellence has a spot for you!

Your mission, if you accept, is to:

Assess and present the level to which the DevOps practices are mastered by the teams by studying their applications and work methods

Define with the teams the trajectory to achieve the level of proficiency needed to achieve their objectives

Put in place the measures needed to evaluate the teams’ progress in terms of implementing DevOps practices

Popularize, share and show by example the best practices, processes, methods and tools through training and workshops

Help build the elements surrounding the DevOps pipeline to promote integration and continuous delivery, automated testing and code quality

Share your knowledge and skills and other Agile and Dev-Ops centre of excellence advisors

And a feature of the consultant role: help design and implement the DevOps architecture and development practices evolution roadmap.
