What You'll Accomplish with Us

As a Branch Manager, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Perform Level 1 supervision of registered individuals within assigned branches;
  • Conduct annual branch reviews and prepare follow-up reports;
  • Approve KYC updates and new account openings;
  • Train advisors and support staff on applicable policies and procedures.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Is recognized for their integrity, attention to detail, and strong professional ethics;
  • Stands out for their communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking abilities;

  • Has more than two years of experience in the financial services industry;
  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating by email, telephone, and videoconference with internal and external unilingual English-speaking teams on a daily basis.
