As a Configuration Analyst, Group Benefits, you will play a key role in the implementation, modification, and administration of group insurance plans by ensuring data accuracy, process quality, and compliance with agreements made with our clients.

What you will accomplish with us
As a Configuration Analyst, Group Benefits, you will be at the core of our mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of new group insurance contracts in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Analyze final quotations and configure systems to meet client requirements
- Set up new groups and implement changes to existing plans
- Analyze and validate data upload files while ensuring data integrity
- Manage requests received through the team's shared mailbox by conducting research, providing follow-ups, resolving issues, or escalating matters as required
- Participate in special projects and perform various administrative tasks that contribute to the team's overall success
What will help you succeed in this role
We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excels at prioritizing work and managing multiple files simultaneously
- Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy in both administrative and technical tasks
- Is known for strong organizational skills and autonomy
- Holds a college diploma and has 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Has intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Has experience in a technical environment or in group insurance, which would be a significant asset
- Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the team operates nationally across Canada. The successful candidate will be required to participate in team meetings, collaborate with English-speaking colleagues, review documentation, and handle requests in English on a regular basis
- Has a good command of French, both spoken and written, as the successful candidate will collaborate with French-speaking colleagues and support clients across Quebec

The typical hiring range for this position is CAD $55,375 to $74,411 per year. The offered base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. At iA, we are committed to maintaining a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is reviewed annually to reflect current market conditions.
