We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative for National Accounts in the western provinces, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with national account firms, including RBC. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national account firms.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the national accounts segment.
Present and promote our insurance products and services to potential and existing clients.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful policy implementation.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
