Description

We are currently looking for an Automotive Partnership Advisor, who will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with suppliers and partners in the automotive sector. Reporting to the Estimation and Automotive Partnerships Director, they will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships to meet the needs of the claims sector. Additionally, they will ensure effective communication of policies and procedures to partners and internal teams.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a network of automotive partners and suppliers, ensuring effective and lasting collaboration;

  • Defining common objectives with partners and supporting them in their implementation;

  • Selecting new partners and analyzing their service offerings based on the company’s needs;

  • Developing and implementing an automotive partnership strategy tailored to regional specificities;

  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments of partners and suppliers in compliance with internal procedures;

  • Analyzing and resolving disputes involving various stakeholders;

  • Evaluating the impact of decisions on partners and acting accordingly;

  • Managing partner complaints and dissatisfaction, proposing appropriate solutions;

  • Participating in the negotiation and establishment of agreements with partners;

  • Conducting cost-benefit comparative analyses of commercial agreements;

  • Defining and implementing a recovery or partnership termination strategy when necessary;

  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures in collaboration with suppliers;

  • Implementing action plans with partners as needed;

  • Representing the company to partners and other stakeholders;

  • Effectively communicating with suppliers and partners regarding any policy or procedural changes.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma (D.E.C.); a university degree is an asset;

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (automotive bodywork, service providers, business partnerships);

  • Strong knowledge of the insurance sector;

  • Customer service experience;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong business relationships;

  • Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset;

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills;

  • Well-developed political acumen and decision-making ability;

  • Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility;

  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills;

  • Alignment with company values and culture;

  • Excellent communication skills in French , both oral and written.
