Are you passionate about customer service and want to work for a dynamic company? Look no further. We want to meet you!
We have a permanent customer service representative position that is perfect for you, with no solicitation or sales! You would be part of a large team and have access to a coach and training officer.
After completing comprehensive training, you will be able to:
- Provide information over the phone and by email to our clients and distributors in order to meet their needs and expectations.
- Respond to various types of requests for information that may include questions about procedures, products, banking transactions, follow-ups for requests underway, and tax and legal aspect.
- Provide support for the processing of various transactions, as needed.
- Analyze complex cases and complaints and negotiate mutually satisfactory solutions while complying with corporate guidelines.
- Determine which processes must be updated and suggest improvements to simplify processes and increase effectiveness.
- Share your knowledge and contribute to the smooth functioning of the service.
- Provide the necessary training and support and contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace.
Desired profile:
- · Three years of relevant experience in customer service
- · Good verbal and written language skills English

- A starting wage of $ 27 which varies based on experience

- A 35-hour work week, hours which can vary between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday
