Switch to Global Protect!
We’re making the move from Pulse Secure to Global Protect. To connect, follow the two steps below or contact the IT Service Desk.
For employees
Connecting remotely can now be done in two steps:
1. Install Global Protect
- • Open the Software Center (in the Windows search menu, enter “Software Center”
- • Select the “Global Protect” icon (Palo Alto Networks 5.1.0)
- • Install the application
Once you have installed the application, you must enter “remote01.ia.ca” in the “Please enter your portal address” section.
2. Configure the second authentication factor (MFA)
