What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Transfer and Deposit Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of incoming and outgoing transfers (payments, locked-in agreements, powers of attorney, deposits, etc.)
Processing deposits related to bank transfers, group RRSPs, etc.
Supporting administrative tasks for the broker: follow-ups with fund companies, deposit reconciliation and corrections, RRSP loan administration, etc.
Analyzing and processing fee reimbursements
Validating banking information entered in client accounts
Communicating with other departments, the sales force, and advisors
Ensuring the proper functioning of automated processes (robots and programs)
Performing various related tasks
What could help you succeed in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a diploma in administration, financial services, or has relevant experience (an asset)
Has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Is known for their autonomy and organizational skills
Stands out for their ability to work under pressure
Is recognized for their team spirit
Intermediate proficiency in both English and French is required, as the role involves responding to and drafting emails and documentation in both languages for anglophone and francophone clients on a daily basis.
