Your Role
As a Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the operational risk management framework. You will act as a strategic partner to business units and support functions, ensuring rigorous risk oversight and fostering a proactive culture.
Main Responsibilities
Actively participate in the design, implementation, and improvement of the operational risk management framework.
Collaborate with stakeholders to guide and monitor operational risks.
Provide an independent perspective on risk management within business units.
Develop and execute annual monitoring programs.
Ensure consistency in risk management practices across the organization.
Produce strategic reports on risk issues and trends.
Represent the team on various internal and external committees.
Advise and support colleagues and partners in adopting best practices.
Actively promote the risk management culture within the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in risk management.
Strong knowledge of operational risk management.
Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills.
Leadership, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data analysis tools.
Intermediate knowledge of English, as you will communicate daily with English-speaking colleagues for approximately 20% of your time.
Assets: Experience in insurance or financial services, knowledge of the COSO 2013 framework, KRIs, or data analytics, and experience in a second line of defense role.
