The Talent Management and Development division is looking for a Directeur, Talent Acquisition and Operations, responsible for all North American permanent and temporary Talent Acquisition operations, as well as supporting other Talent Management and Development processes.

 More specifically, you will...

  • Ensure the quality of the services for which you are responsible by implementing the appropriate objectives, performance indicators and quality controls, and ensuring their application;
  • Be responsible for the efficiency and productivity of your teams and the suppliers you work with, as well as for managing your department's budget;
  • Work closely with business units to align service offerings with company needs, ensure quality of hire and capacity management;
  • Be responsible for the effective implementation of new talent acquisition practices;
  • Collaborate with the Talent Attraction and Management team to align strategies with the reality on the ground and determine which initiatives to put forward;
  • Contribute to the development of the company's talent acquisition vision and strategy, in line with current and future workforce needs;
  • Carry out market monitoring to keep abreast of trends on topics affecting talent acquisition.

Profile required :

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, including at least five years' management experience;
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition (an important asset);
  • Ability to manage priorities and be results-oriented;
  • Excellent ability to coach and develop team members;
  • Excellent judgment, courage and adaptability
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with and influence all levels of the organization
  • Advanced level of English, as the person will be managing a team based in Canada and the USA on a daily basis, and will be in contact with English-speaking internal/external partners.
