We have a job for you! Investia is looking for an administrative technician to join our self-managed products team.
In this position, you will :
- Participate, each year, in the year-end and year-beginning process, verify the processing of new data concerning periodic payments and communicate this information to customers.
- Perform tasks related to the issuance of various tax slips and the fee collection process.
- Ensure compliance with control measures by analyzing reports and reconciliations.
- Handle complex files, adjustments, correspondence and complaints from team members' clients.
- Communicate regularly with the sales force, other departments and customers.
- Collaborate in the drafting and implementation of administrative procedures.
Profile sought :
- DEC in financial services, administration or a related discipline and 2 years' relevant experience.
- Advanced level of oral and written English, as the individual will be involved in a variety of tasks related to the administration of self-directed accounts, and in frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues and customers across Canada on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of the mutual fund environment and financial services products.
- Knowledge of taxation a major asset.
