You be at the forefront of identifying technological impacts on business capabilities and defining a roadmap for transformative initiatives and global sector investments.

Participate in the implementation of the strategic plan.
Collaborate with business partners in the definition of objectives, issues, scope of projects and ensure coherence and alignment with the strategic plan.
Plan, analyze, guide, and define business architecture models to implement business transformation initiatives.
Identify the value streams and business capabilities impacted by the strategy and identify priorities.
Determine the current state of value streams and business capabilities impacted by the strategy.
Analyze business processes and identify areas of improvement.
Develop and documenting business requirements and specifications.
Define and maintain Business Architecture deliverables repository.
Carry out motivational analyses to ensure the feasibility of the company's strategic orientations.
Support portfolio management in monitoring results and adjusting the current project portfolio.
Contribute actively to the evolution of the business architecture practice and to the development and harmonization of business architecture deliverables.
Work closely with cross-functional business architecture teams and IT partners (architecture, portfolio, and delivery) to ensure effective coordination of requirements and efficient information sharing.
Participate in the evolution of the business architecture practice in dealer services.
What we are Looking for:
Bachelor's degree, administration, SIO, finance, or other relevant experience.
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in business architecture and/or domain expert.
Good knowledge of BIZBOK-based business architecture practices
Experience and knowledge of insurance and financial services with a business background.
Good communicator, autonomous and takes a hands-on approach.
Ability to identify essential and priority items and promote their delivery.
Ability to learn new technologies.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt, take charge and maneuver through ambiguity.
What would be an Asset but not required:
Proven knowledge of the financial services and insurance industry
CBAP or CCBA certification
Knowledge of SAFE, LEAN and AGILE methodologies
Bilingualism in French both written and verbal communication

Compensation
The typical hiring range for this position is from $125,000 and $140,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity. All permanent employees of iA are also entitled to an annual bonus.
