About the role

As the Team Leader of the Imaging Solutions Department, you will be responsible for the daily management of the team's workload, implement LEAN principles, eliminate blockers, and coordinate and mobilize the team to aligned with the priorities and vision of the organization. Recognized for leadership and knowledge, the successful candidate will foster a collaborative and positive work environment for the success of the team.

Responsibilities:
• Daily workload management and monitoring key performance indicators;
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Imaging Team’s area of ownership;
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement utilizing LEAN methodology;
• Plan and supervise the training of new team members;
• Coaching of existing employees;
• Conduct performance reviews;
• Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process;
• Handling escalations, problem resolution, and collaborating with management and partners as needed;
• Work from Quebec Head Office 2-3 time per week (mandatory).
• Lead the DMS (Daily Management System Meetings with the team);
• Lead and participate in special projects as needed. Profile :
• College diploma or bachelor's degree in administration or in a relevant discipline;
• 5 plus years of relevant experience;
• Previous experience in supervising, directing and mentoring staff;
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment and promote team spirit in order to achieve departmental objectives;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to understand IT environment;
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work and the work of others;
• Mandatory availability in office during periods of high volume (industry or Team related)

-Advanced oral and written communication skills in both English and French due to frequent communication with both English and French;

• Canada Investment Funds and / or Operations (IFIC) Course is an asset,
• Travel to Ontario may be required.
