Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction with iA, Dealer Services. He/she also oversees business development and acts as the company's representative at social and corporate events.

Main Responsibilities:

Business development:

  • Implement any relevant strategy to grow iA Dealer Services customer base

  • Ensure the opening of new accounts

  • ·Remain on the lookout for competitive activities in the market

  • Contribute to the development or adaptation of iA Dealer Services products and services and their implementation in dealership

Retailer Relationship Management

  • Ensure the satisfaction of iA, Dealer Services’ customers

  • Ensure effective management of vulnerable clients

  • Ensure effective monitoring of retailer compensation

  • Ensure effective monitoring of retailer compensation

  • Ensure effective monitoring of dealer loans

  • Work consistently with other internal and external stakeholders working with retailers

  • Maintain constant communication with the Regional Sales Manager

Compliance

  • Ensure risk management and compliance with laws and regulations governing the processes for which he/she is responsible, including ensuring that controls are in place, adhered to, executed and effective.

Events and contact network

  • Participate in all corporate events of iA Dealer Services or to which the company is invited to represent the company

  • Contribute to the organization of corporate events

  • Ensure effective management of the amounts allocated for the participation or organization of events

  • Seize every opportunity to create lasting and effective relationships with stakeholders (customers, partners, suppliers, associations, etc.) in order to be able to do business with them when the time is right

Internal Administration

  • Ensure that intervention reports are completed in UniFI

  • Act as an internal resource for the overall offer

  • Work as a team with all iA Dealer Services stakeholders to provide outstanding service to all customers

  • Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a corporate image in line with the company's code of ethics

  • Participate in ongoing projects

  • Participate in meetings or other management activities

  • Participate in the various business meetings assigned

  • Prepare reports requested by management

  • Prepare and submit your expense account on a weekly basis

Customer growth

  • Efficient account openings

Customer satisfaction and retention

  • Well-served customers

  • Vulnerable customers recovered and stabilized

  • Adequate retailer compensation

  • Loans monitored and under control

Effective representation of iA Dealer Services in the market

  • Extensive and strategic contact network

Administrative tasks duly completed

Experience / Skills & Competencies :

  • 8+ years business development experience in the dealership service world

  • In-depth knowledge of iA Dealer Services customer base

  • In-depth knowledge of the consultation and training processes

  • Excellent knowledge of the products distributed by iA Dealer Services

  • Knowledge of systems used by retailers and financial institutions

  • Excellent knowledge of the market, competition, trends, etc.

  • Knowledge of the regulations and legislation in force in the industry

  • Disciplined and self-starter

  • Leadership & Professionalism

  • Results oriented

  • Proficiency in UniFi 2.0

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
