Description
As a Senior Business Implementation Consultant at iA Private Wealth (iAPW), you will play a integral role in ensuring that key projects and initiatives are successful by creating and executing on a business implementation plan from end to end focusing on: preparing business implementation governance, assessing the impact of projects on key stakeholders, managing risks, developing key messages, communications, and resources, as well as ensuring key adoption metrics are achieved.
Your Day to Day
- Create business implementation plans with a strong governance framework and apply a structured methodology for all activities.
- Collaborate with the Journey Owners, Project Managers, and the management team to understand the impact of business process and the change to key stakeholders including but not limited to advisors, assistants, clients, and employees.
- Ability to drive strategies and implementation plans that increases benefit realization and value creation.
- Identify, analyze, communicate, and develop risk mitigation tactics for stakeholders.
- Developing key messages and content to be delivered to various stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from advisors, assistants, and internal teams throughout the life stages of initiatives and analyze the feedback to provide key information to the project teams and management.
- Simplify and communicate complex messages to all stakeholders utilizing all available communications methods.
- Strong ability to impact and influence across different groups and levels.
- Develop presentations and support resources for executives, regional leaders, and partners to leverage to communicate to stakeholders and monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the support materials.
- Partner with Marketing to develop support materials such as videos.
- Develop and execute support material for head office teams.
- Executing the support tactic required before, during and after the initiative is implemented.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor the business implementation plan and timeline to ensure a successful implementation and ongoing adoption metrics are achieved.
- Strong ability to use advanced logic to make highly complex judgements.
- Identify opportunities and provide expertise to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the support teams leaders as well as the Practice Management and Training Delivery team internal partners by:
- Communicating effectively and fostering teamwork and goodwill with internal departments.
- Working collaboratively with these and other teams to understand the unique business needs of iAPW advisor teams and how best to support each initiative.
- Facilitating a culture of open and honest communication.
- Continuously seeking continuing education opportunities through internal or external courses.
- Actively participating and contributing to team meetings.
- Other tasks as required.
What You Have
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial service industry, with a strong advisor and client experience focus.
- Proven experience working in business implementation or project management ideally with a retail full-service brokerage with a strong understanding of business applications, processes, and tasks.
- Experience with project management best practices, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex messages to all stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and is comfortable with facilitating and delivering presentations to key stakeholder groups.
- Expert knowledge of PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of French and English due to creating and presenting project materials to clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
