As the Manager Operations and Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the human resources management of a multidisciplinary team specializing in mass recruitment and recruitment process administration. You will play a critical role in optimizing operations and maximizing the potential of your team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a diverse team of technicians and professionals.

  • Ensure the effective execution of global talent acquisition operations.

  • Participate in the development of individual team objectives and ensure the follow-up.

  • Work closely with colleagues to align recruitment strategies with business priorities.

  • Establish and maintain mechanisms and practices to monitor best practices and innovations in talent acquisition.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of working methods and talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience, including experience in talent acquisition.

  • Management experience is an asset

  • Exceptional ability in planning, organization, priority management and initiative.

  • Mobilizing leadership and ability to support employees in their development.

  • Innovative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to stay updated on current market trends in talent acquisition.

  • Advanced knowledge of the French and English, as the person will be required to manage a team based in Canada and the United States on a daily basis, participate in meetings in French and English, make presentations and communicate with internal and external French and English-speaking partners on a daily basis.
