Do you have a lot of initiative and you consider yourself autonomous? You have experience in administrative support and customer service? We might have the perfect role for you!
Under the supervision of the Manager, Dealer Support, you will provide technical support to our users, including setting up agreements in our systems and managing access. You will also act as a resource for our distributors.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
Ensure documentation is up-to-date
Make sure that support mailboxes are maintained up-to-date
Create and use existing procedures to solve problems reported daily
Obtain necessary information from clients regarding requests and reported issues
Run and create reports/statements on demand
Creating and/or modifying user access
Responsible for submitting Hopex results (Compliance)
Provide customer service support (calls, emails) and system setups
Plan and organize your activities to meet established deadlines
Ideally your career path looks like this:
AEC or diploma in college studies (computer science or other related field);
Experience in administrative support functions in a sales department, call center, or other related field;
Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Demonstrated customer support skills (positive attitude, excellent communication skills, patience, and listening skills);
Excellent language skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with internal and external English and French-speaking colleagues or partners throughout Canada.
