Details: Our hours are Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM. We have three shifts. During training for up to two months, you'll work in the office from 9 AM - 4:30 PM. Following that, you can work remotely. French fluency is a bonus!
Your focus is all about providing excellent client service by responding to incoming calls, emails, and queries in a professional manner. You'll get to maintain client records and process change requests, while also serving as a bridge between junior team members and the Team Lead/Manager.
To be successful in this role, you'll need superb communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of leadership. 3-5 years of experience working in sales or call center environments is a bonus, but most importantly, we're looking for someone committed to providing excellent client service and is a team player at heart. Also, if you have insurance experience, it's a big plus!
