With your leadership, influencing skills, passion for the field, team spirit, service mentality and strong presentation skills, you will contribute to the achievement of the Group Insurance and Group Retirement Savings business development objectives. You will also be able to evolve our service offering and have a tangible impact on strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong business relationships with our partners, including brokers and consulting actuarial firms, introduce them to our offering and build trust with them.
  • Deliver and strategically position our service offerings in the marketplace.
  • Represent iA Financial Group at industry events.
  • Provide leadership in the preparation and delivery of finalist presentations.
  • In collaboration with our partners, develop customized solutions tailored to the needs of our clients and prospects.
  • Actively participate in the development and evolution of our service offering with all of our teams so that it is constantly aligned with the market reality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, ideally in actuarial science or mathematics
  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience in group insurance, group retirement savings or institutional investments, or any other relevant experience
  • FCIA, FSA or CFA designation, an asset, and AMF license (group insurance)
  • Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent judgment and ability to influence and negotiate
  • Strong listening and service skills
  • Ability to prioritize issues in a strategic manner
  • Bilingualism essential (French and English)
  • Availability to travel frequently (personal vehicle required)
