Improvement Sector & Underwriting Operations Support/Permanent/Telework/Quebec, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver/Start date: As soon as possible

More specifically, as Document Management Analyst, you will:

  • Build a document & archives management structure

  • Recommend and implement relevant improvements to the document management process

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including corporate forms

  • Gather, analyze, and define the needs and impacts regarding various requests for changes to project forms or procedures

  • Ensure best practices are maintained in terms of document classification and maintenance

  • Develop and provide training on the document management process and tools to the various users

  • Promote document management best practices

Your career path looks something like this:

  • Bachelor’s degree in document management, information science, or any other related discipline 

  • Experience in implementing document management practices

  • Quality and results oriented

  • Have an in-depth understanding and ability to analyze business needs

  • Excellent organizational skills, priority management skills, and an ability to work on several projects at the same time

  • In-depth knowledge of the various products available in the insurance industry, administrative systems, and business processes (strong asset)

  • Knowledge of SharePoint (strong asset)

  • Fluent in French mandatory
