As a Strategic Performance Management Consultant, you will contribute to the strategic transformation of the organization, aiming to establish a high-performance management system. You will play a key role in the implementation of the Lean integrated performance strategy, capitalizing on the monitoring of indicators and the deployment of business intelligence.
Job responsibilities:
Deploy strategic dashboards by integrating data visualization best practices to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational effectiveness, using tools such as Power BI
Prepare reports on organizational performance maturity for presentation to the Executive Committee, ensuring transparent and continuous communication
Collaborate in setting up and managing a control tower (strategic obeya) to centralize performance monitoring and facilitate coordination between the various sectors.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using predictive analysis techniques and business intelligence tools.
Contribute to the organization's alignment, in collaboration with the corporate strategy team and sector managers, by ensuring the consistency of indicators with strategic objectives when creating performance management tools.
Provide training and support for the deployment of dashboards, indicators and control towers to maximize their effectiveness and adoption.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of performance initiatives using leading and lagging indicators to measure results and efforts, and drive the organization towards the sustainable achievement of results, both short and long term.
Use business intelligence to transform data into actionable information, enabling informed, proactive decision-making
Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making by making dashboards accessible and ensuring their understanding and effective use.
Qualifications desired :
University degree in management, finance or related field.
5 to 10 years experience in performance management and data analysis.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Strong data analysis, data valuation and data interpretation skills.
Intermediate level in french, both oral and written, due to 20% of daily tasks to be carried out in french. Tasks in french include oral communication via videoconferencing to facilitate meetings and make presentations, as well as writing e-mails, with unilingual french-speaking partners and suppliers.
