Are you known for your ability to synthesize, your logical reasoning and your structured approach? The Financial Operations Shared Services Centre is looking for a Process Leader Accounts Payable and Banking. As a Process Leader you will play a crucial role by being responsible for the health and evolution of key processes such as vendors, expense reporting, credit cards, and bank details. Your mission will be to optimize the efficiency of operations and ensure that the team meets SLAs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the health and evolution of the following processes: vendors, expense reports, credit cards, bank details

  • Identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency

  • Implement and monitor process management indicators

  • Support more complex case resolutions and case escalations

  • Ensure that the team meets SLAs

  • Support and train the department's team in their work

  • Prioritize the various initiatives related to the processes under his/her responsibility

  • Act as a content expert in industry projects

  • Participate in the definition of guidelines concerning the evolution of the sector's services

  • Participate in the definition and monitoring of the 3 5 year development plan

  • Develop, prepare and analyze management reports to management and ensure the accuracy of financial data, the quality of their presentation, compliance with standards and regulations

  • Design analytics (BI) dashboards

  • Participate in the definition of the deployment strategy of the sector's shared services to the new entities acquired by the iA group

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or equivalent

  • Hold a CPA designation (an asset)

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Intermediate level of knowledge of the English language since the person will be required to work with English-speaking partners and suppliers, in Canada and the United States, 20% of the time (80% of your work will be completed in French).

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Office suite

  • JIRA, Oracle ERP Cloud
