Join a strategic team at iA Financial Group as a Business Project Manager in Customer Experience Implementation. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Global Customer Experience, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead strategic cross-functional customer experience projects prioritized for iA, primarily focused on our digital channels while respecting budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate and mobilize collaborators to deliver cross-functional customer experiences within iA
  • Collaborate on improving iA's cross-functional digital customer experience
  • Define strategic customer experience improvement projects, influence their prioritization, and deliver them within deadlines and budgets
  • Analyze and understand data on interactions with iA to propose and implement improvements in collaboration with our partners
  • Stay informed of customer experience best practices to continuously propose improvement opportunities to the team on all aspects of customer experience
  • Organize and participate in customer consultations to properly understand their needs
  • Work jointly with the Voice of Customer team to integrate customer feedback into projects under your responsibility

Profile Required

  • Bachelor's degree related to the position, specialization in customer experience preferred
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant customer experience-related experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a matrix leadership role
  • Experience in strategy and project management preferred
