As the Manager, Talent Management and Attraction, you will lead a team of professionals to to ensure the smooth running and enhance employee performance appraisal and succession planning programs and processes, as well as the development of the talent acquisition practice. You will also be responsible for coaching and supporting the Employer Brand team.

More specifically, you will...        

  • Function as a manager-coach, supporting the professional development of your employees and being responsible for their performance appraisal.

  • Build, in collaboration with the team, the DMS (management system) as well as monitoring mechanisms for the initiatives under your responsibility and measure their benefits.

  • Lead DMS meetings, manage capacity effectively, and empower team members in problem-solving.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal (Talent & Culture business partners, business sectors, VP Talent & Culture colleagues, etc.) and external partners to ensure that programs within your scope align with and meet the needs of the organization.

  • Regularly monitor the market to stay informed about trends in talent management.

  • Contribute to defining the Talent Management vision for the entire company, as well as to the development of Talent Management objectives.

You have...

  • A university degree in a relevant program (human resources, guidance, administration or other).

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in one or several of the expertise areas under your supervision, including management experience.

  • Experience in project management or significant contribution to cross-functional projects.

  • A solid understanding of the market, the environment, and constantly evolving needs
