Talent and Culture / French fluency / Temporary 15 months / Hybrid or remote / Start date: as soon as possible

Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), you will be responsible for guiding the evolution of our culture through strategies and initiatives that foster engagement, a sense of belonging and continuous learning, all within a safe and inclusive work environment. Using the values and behaviors we encourage at iA, you will identify, implement and support the mechanisms that enable us to live these values and behaviors on a daily basis.

As Practice Leader, Evolution of the Organizational Culture you will also collaborate with the company's various stakeholders to ensure that the culture's influence is integrated into all aspects of the organization.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively contribute to our strategic priority of being a learning organization;

  • Align Talent and Culture/Lifecycle processes with desired behaviors;

  • Develop, implement and support a values-based behavior recognition program (in conjunction with the employee experience team);

  • Simplify and keep up to date the repositories related to the culture;

  • Ensure close liaison with business sectors and various stakeholders to reinforce/validate alignment with values;

  • Measure the evolution of culture in alignment with organizational objectives, in collaboration with the analytics team, and implement an action plan as required;

  • Monitor best practices and trends related to culture;

  • Contribute to several strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the culture (e.g. AI@iA, employer brand, etc.).

  • Influence senior management on iA's cultural evolution.

Desired profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in organizational development, or in a relevant discipline;

  • 8 to 10 years' experience in human resources, including 5 years in an organizational development role in a large company;

  • Strategic vision, good judgment and ability to reconcile the interests and contributions of different stakeholders;

  • Intellectual curiosity and excellent analytical, synthesis and popularization skills;

  • Team spirit, empathy, excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to provide concrete support for the development of colleagues;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels;

  • Advanced level in French, both orally and in writing, is required for this role.
