This new opportunity at iA Dealer Services, located in Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver will interest you. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of our transformation program. You will build and lead the dealer services transformation office and its initiatives upstream of execution, by prioritizing and defining the roadmap, and downstream, by monitoring portfolio health and profit/value realization. You will ensure strategic alignment with all areas of the organization to achieve the objectives of the transformation.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive our ambitious growth objectives, drive organizational change and enhance operational efficiency. You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, developing transformational strategies, and overseeing their successful implementation across Dealer Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation roadmap aligned with the division's strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams throughout the transformation process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to facilitate effective communication, collaboration & execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by monitoring performance metrics, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations that supports our transformation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of transformation professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enable their success.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working by collaborating with our corporate change management teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
  • Expected travel 20-30% as the majority of the teams is located in Vancouver and Brossard.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • More than 15 years of experience in high-level strategic business management in a variety of cross-functional contexts with multiple deliveries in parallel, relevant experience in the automotive sector would be an asset.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale business transformation initiatives in complex organizations & demonstrated political ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Significant experience in the preparation and presentation of business cases related to major projects and in the strategic planning exercise in relation to business strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Mastery of Agile, Safe management methods.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in the face of ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Plan, control, and report to management on the financial, material, and human resources of your department.
