Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant / Investments / Toronto / Quebec / Montreal

You will have to work closely with members of the Investment Funds, Public Equity and Global Trading team to ensure efficient and rigorous management of activities. You will report directly to the Senior Vice-President and your tasks will essentially be:

Support for the team

  • Be a reliable and recognized point of contact for the team's partners;
  • Plan and organize meetings and events;
  • Act as a resource person for team employees;
  • Welcoming new employees;
  • Create and revise communications, both in French and English;

Support for managers

  • Carry out requests from managers according to their priority;
  • Manage agendas, calls and calendars;
  • Book and plan business trips and ensure their logistics;
  • Manage expense reports, provisions and bill payments;
  • Offer advice to optimize individual organization;
  • Assist in building PowerPoint presentations.

Business Collaboration

  • Contribute to the collective efficiency of Investment Management;
  • Propose improvements to processes and ways of doing things;
  • Coordinate and manage the initiatives entrusted to you;
  • Work closely with the others Investment Executives Assistants;

Required profile

  • Diploma in administration, or any others equivalent diploma;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong teamwork;
  • Dynamism, rigor and proactivity;
  • Advanced communication in French and English given frequent exchanges with French-speaking and English-speaking managers and internal partners, in addition to the revision and writing of documents (mostly in English);
  • Strong skills with the Office suite, especially PowerPoint;
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data responsibly.
