Customer Service/Work from home/Temporary 9 months/Quebec, Montreal, Toronto/Desired start date: As soon as possible
Do you like to connect with people while juggling different priorities? The Client Services Team has some new opportunities for you! The successfull candidates must be available to work on a rotating shift (core hours are 8am to 7pm).
Reporting to the Advisor Relations Supervisor, you will:
Answer incoming calls in an efficient & professional manner, active listening is essential
Provide accurate and detailed responses for phone inquiries
Answer emails professionally with accurate information and in a timely manner
Follow-up on pending requests
Escalate outstanding issues to Supervisor in a timely fashion
Ensure every interaction is memorable using the STAR qualities (Seamless, Trustworthy, Attentive, and Resourceful)
Log calls & emails on JIRA (internal tracking/messaging system)
Actively participate in a daily management meeting for process and improvements
Your career path looks like this:
Ideally 2-3 years of call center/processing experience in the mutual fund industry
Completion of IFIC Operations course (asset)
Ideally fluent in both French and English
Strong analytical and organization skills
Must be able to provide optimal service and support to advisors
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Eager to learn new process and procedures
Adapts quickly to change
