As an Advanced Case Director of Sales Asian Markets Western Canada, you will play a key role in promoting iA Life Insurance products and offerings to Independent Financial Advisors through the Brokerage Network. You will build effective business relationships with insurance advisors, executive and administration staff at MGA’s and their Advisor Offices

What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Advanced Case Director of Sales Asian Markets Western Canada, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Develop a Marketing Plan in your region for the delivery of sales growth by expanding advisor awareness to IA’s insurance product offering and industry leading ease of doing business processes
- Working with the other sales directors to grow sales and case size with Asian Market MGA’s
- Educating advisors through group and individual training on iA life insurance products, sales concepts and illustration software
- Solicit new business and establish contact with top producing, past producing, and future Advisors
- Regular cadence of contact with MGA executive teams, maintaining brand relevance and awareness.
- Creation and execution of presentations, both for face to face and virtual
- Responding to inquiries through telephone, email, written correspondence, or in person, in a timely and professional manner
- Attendance at planned conferences, road shows, presentations, and organized events for supporters during evening and weekend hours, as required

- Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines. Able to delegate effectively
- Is recognized for their excellent interpersonal skills: ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people. Able to influence and motivate our business partners
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Has minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry/ brokerage environment
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
- CLU, CFP, CHS or other industry related designations would be an asset
- Bilingualism in Mandarin would be required

The typical hiring range for this position is between $110,000 and $125,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
