Multi-factor authentication for My Client Space login

News Release

As protecting your privacy is a priority for our organization, we are strengthening your account’s protection by gradually integrating multi-factor authentication (MFA) into My Client Space, in the coming weeks.

You will then need to use a two-step validation process to confirm your identity and log in to your account. This initiative will be implemented in both plan administrator and member accounts, although the authentication methods are different1.

MFA information

Plan administrators will have access to the following three authentication methods:

  • Google Authenticator app
  • Okta Verify app
  • Text message

Members will have access to three authentication methods:

  • Text message
  • Voice call
  • Email

1Reminder: there are two types of accounts in My Client Space. The first is restricted to the people in your organization who administer your group plan and member files. These are the administrator accounts. The second allows each employee to consult their personal information concerning your organization's group plan. These are the plan member accounts. Plan administrators who also have a plan member account will have to set up the MFA for both types of account.
