About the role
Reporting to the AVP of Practice Management Coaching and Training Delivery, the Senior Consultant High Networth Practice Management Coaching and Training Delivery is responsible for:
Planning, designing, and delivering engaging solutions to enhance retention and knowledge transfer
Motivating and empowering Financial Advisors and their teams through engaging training sessions, interactive workshops, group and one-on-one coaching, and impactful presentations
Partnering with the AVP to research, design, and deliver tailored coaching programs focused on client management, practice management, and business development
Creating and updating industry-related content focusing on different aspects of the Independent and Entrepreneurial based Advisory Practice
Tracking program success measures and reporting on a regular basis
Collecting, reviewing, and making recommendations for future program enhancements based on Advisor and sales team feedback
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Support and partner with Wealth Management Advisors to drive business growth
Provide strategic guidance and support in achieving goals related to SMA (Separately Managed Accounts)
Facilitate the integration of insurance solutions into advisors’ practices
Collaborate with advisors to develop tailored strategies that address client needs and enhance portfolio diversification
Act as a resource to help advisors leverage technology and innovative solutions for sustainable growth
Stay up to date with best business practices and incorporate them into development initiatives
Experience and Knowledge:
The ideal candidate should have:
A high level of knowledge on all aspects of the Advisory Business.
An understanding of the industry, operating systems, processes, and compliance.
Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal coaching skills, and the ability to influence and impact Advisors and their Teams.
High visibility with Advisors and their teams, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
An analytical mindset to assess and adapt coaching strategies.
A minimum of 10+ years of industry-related experience, strong presentation skills, and maturity
Availability to travel across Canada
Proficiency in French is highly advantageous
