As Designer, you will use journey and vision indicators to lead the design experience for major business line transformation projects. This is a role that works across the line of business and in close collaboration with the various sectors.
More specifically, you will:
Lead business sector client and advisor experience design
Organize and direct experience design on different projects
Direct reflection and brainstorming workshops with stakeholders
Facilitate Design Thinking workshops
Organize and moderate client interviews
Ensure the coherence of client and advisor experiences across different journeys
Lead the client and advisor experience cell within the department
Implement best CX practices within the team
Connect experience strategy (journey and orientation) and experience design for different projects
Your career path looks like this:
Bachelor’s in e-commerce, marketing or another relevant field
3 to 5 years experience in experience design and over 10 years experience in a related field (digital marketing, digital product or solution design destined for external clients, client experience consulting, etc.)
A passion for client and advisor experience, with concrete achievements
An excellent capacity to understand and analyze client and advisor needs, with an overall view of related processes
Autonomous, resourceful and dynamic
Able to work in complex environments and in the context of transformation, with multiple stakeholders
Able to influence and mobilize
Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal French- and English-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada
