Investia is looking for a Project Manager to join its IT Solution Delivery and Digital Experience team.  In this role, you will be playing a critical role in enabling innovation and enhancing cyber-security, by working with business partners and managing a technical team to deliver critical initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication and organizational skills that is comfortable managing multiple priorities and eager to help us transform our systems and tools for the future.


  • Carry out all project management activities for assigned mandates, including those involving regular strategic corporate objectives, major high-profile deliveries and a level of complexity requiring increased leadership and political acumen.
  • Contribute to the organization of the delivery teams required to achieve the set objectives, ensure compliance with the agreed upon orientations and help stakeholders to keep the focus on high business value priorities, including sometimes the management of service agreements with external suppliers. The Senior Project Manager's responsibilities will include managing multiple teams or large teams on major projects with high visibility by senior management).
  • Adapt delivery to often multi-modal delivery contexts (i.e., with agile or Lean-Agile transformation teams, with or without external vendors or integrators or sometimes in part in a more traditional manner, distinguishing oneself through adaptability and assertive enthusiasm).
  • Organize, synchronize and facilitate planning, follow-up and feedback events that involve multiple levels of management, sectors, sites, suppliers as well as internal and external resources)
  • Adhere to the standards of the IT Portfolio Management (aPMO) and lead teams to apply the practices encouraged by the Centers of Excellence (CoE) by promoting them to business partners and fellow managers and scrum masters.
  • Contribute to and help teams manage risks, issues and blockages surrounding deliveries, by anticipating and proactively addressing them,) and then define the necessary action plans to facilitate delivery.
  • Share global progress reports regularly and transparently (assumptions, deliverables, timelines, costs, quality, risks, issues, major roadblocks, progress and achievement of objectives and benefits) by providing a consolidated perspective and harmonized solutions demonstrating business acumen and a sense of urgency, when appropriate)
  • Establish resource and cost forecasts including input from experts, including those in change management, when required.
  • Work in close collaboration and ensure good communication on a daily basis with: internal partners, managers, scrum masters, performance analysts and IT portfolio managers of his sector.
  • In the context of mandates involving one or more large teams,) Exercise leadership in order to rally the teams to a common vision and shared objectives.

Target profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or any other relevant training or work experience deemed equivalent.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience as an information technology project manager.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills and proven leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills that are solution oriented and continuous improvement oriented.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of a planning and tracking tool.
  • Excellent knowledge of French, both oral and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of English, both oral and written. You will be working with unilingual English-speaking partners and colleagues.
