Here’s what your new work week could look like:

In partnership with the Executive Vice-President, Talent and Culture, the members of the Executive Committee, Talent and Culture business partners and the advisors of the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence, come and contribute to building an innovative, agile value proposition that meets the organization’s current and future needs.

  • Drive the evolution of strategy and processes for succession planning and management in line with iA’s organizational directions and talent management strategy
  • Deploy the strategy and iterate to continuously improve it involving the various stakeholders concerned
  • Assume responsibility for deliverables related to succession planning, management and development in terms of quality, timelines, follow-up and communication of progress on initiatives and projects
  • Contribute to the development of the talent management strategy in collaboration with other HR teams (including Talent Acquisition, Development, Compensation and HR partners)
  • Contribute to the deployment of organization-wide career paths and development programs linked to business needs
  • Accompany Talent and Culture partners as well as managers regarding career paths through your expertise
  • Optimize collective intelligence and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance, align and share best practices across initiatives and projects
  • Fuel and develop practice for the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence and for the iA Group by sharing new trends/innovations in the market (market watch) in the area of skills and learning
  • Be involved in corporate initiatives aimed at the learning of new behaviours and mindsets among employees or managers
  • Support Learning and Development team members (in terms of expertise, solving operational challenges and improving agile operating methods)

You have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in an advisory role in organizational development, talent and succession management, and the deployment of career paths/programs across a large organization
  • A spirit of listening and collaboration and the ability to work in a team where the hierarchical structure is designed to make room for autonomy and collective intelligence
  • A good ability to take initiative, manage priorities, provide rigorous follow-up and handle multiple files simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal French- and English-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada and the United States
  • A very good read of the internal and external environment combined with analytical and critical thinking skills that allow you to understand issues and make data-based decisions
  • Experience and knowledge regarding various technology-based tools for collaboration, learning, facilitation and design thinking (e.g., Teams, Workday, MIRO, etc.)
