New secure information exchange platform

In addition to secure messaging in My Client Space, we are now using a new secure information exchange platform, called Secure Message Centre, to meet certain client needs. It is designed to ensure secure sharing of confidential or sensitive information (reports, lists, etc.).

When we send information or documents to these clients, they receive an email asking them to click on a link to the platform. They can then authenticate their identity to access the information.

To ensure their personal information is protected, we encourage these clients to use this platform to send us information and documents securely. They can add the platform link to their browser “Favourites” for easy access.

Please note that we are also using this platform to exchange confidential information with some plan members, particularly members on disability.
