New look for My Client Space and iA Mobile

Within a few weeks, your plan members and you will notice visual changes to My Client Space and the iA Mobile app. These changes are meant to enhance the client experience and make these digital tools even more user-friendly and intuitive.

My Client Space
In My Client Space, the visual changes will affect the home page and its various sections (menus, news, profile, messaging, documents, etc.). Here’s an overview of the new look:

• Notifications presented in the home page’s top banner.
• Actions Required tile added on the right side of the page, to highlight the actions that members must complete.
• Shortcuts tile added on the right side of the page to facilitate access to the most frequently visited sections.

iA Mobile
As for iA Mobile, the visuals of all sections, including the login page, will be revamped to enhance the user experience. Here's an overview of the upcoming changes:

• Page design, menu layout, changes to some sections and buttons
• Some functionalities optimized (e.g., messaging and search tools)
• Home page: Contact us button added, and main menu now at the bottom of the screen

A pop-up window will appear when they connect to My Client Space or iA Mobile to notify them of these visual changes.
