Did you know that the health navigation platform1 offered as part of Well-Balanced®, our health and wellness offer, provides access to various health resources?
Whether online or by phone, this front-line service gives your plan members access to a multitude of resources and encourages them to take control of their health problems to improve their quality of life.
A health risk assessment questionnaire is also available and allows plan members to find out their level of risk on nine topics related to major health concerns (physical condition, stress management, financial health, etc.).
The platform is accessible under the Health and Wellness tab in My Client Space, at ia.ca/myaccount.
Would you like to roll out a communication campaign to make your plan members aware of this health navigation platform? A turnkey kit, which includes emails, posters and leaflets, is available. It is accessible in the plan administrator My Client Space (our secure website) under Health and wellness - Toolbox.
