Important: Your February 2021 invoice available in My Client Space earlier than expected

We wish to inform you that it is possible that your February 2021 invoice may have been available in My Client Space earlier than expected, i.e., as early as the week of January 18, 2021.

This situation is exceptional and is the result of an incident that occurred during the preparation of the billing files.

More concretely, this means that any changes you would have liked to make to your invoice for the current billing period (February 1 to 28, 2021) will instead apply to the March 2021 invoice.

It is important to note that the payment due date is not advanced and remains the same, i.e., March 1, 2021.
