Even more claims online!

Now, more than ever, it’s important to simplify our plan members' lives and offer them the possibility of managing their group insurance plan at any time. That's why we’re constantly enhancing our online services.

We’re pleased to announce that in addition to medical and dental expenses, your group insurance plan members can now submit claims for their health spending account (HSA)*, wellness account* and physical activity account (PAC)* in My Client Space and iA Mobile.

Plan members no longer have to complete and mail paper forms, and in addition they will:

• Have instant access to the status of their claims
• Only have to submit photos of their receipts requested
• Get reimbursements quicker (via direct deposit)

Plan members will be able to use these new functionalities when they access My Client Space and iA Mobile. You can also let them know by sending them this leaflet.
