Canada Post | Risk of mail delivery interruption

Canada Post services could once again be disrupted starting May 22 due to a strike or lockout, and we are preparing for this eventuality. We are implementing the necessary measures to minimize the impact of a disruption in mail delivery services on our operations and our clients.
We have specifically reached out to all our group insurance and retirement savings clients (plan sponsors and members) to encourage them to start using My Client Space and the iA Mobile app to conduct their transactions and contact us.
Here are the communications we have sent:

- Email to annuitants who receive their payments by cheque (French version)
