Addition of a new specialty under the paramedical care benefit

On March 1, iA Financial Group will add a new specialty, counselling therapists, to its eligible health providers lineup (paramedical care).
Since counselling therapists offer the same services as psychotherapists, this new specialty will give members more choice as to how to mange their global well-being.
Who will have access to this new specialty?
All members covered for psychotherapist services will have access to the services of counselling therapists for the same maximum eligible amount. These services will be combined with the existing coverage for psychotherapy.
The addition of the new speciality will be performed as described below:

| A modification request will have to be submitted to your iA Financial Group account executive. | The coverage for counselling therapists will be added under the benefit of reimbursement for psychotherapist fees. |
